The perfect boat trip in Palma de Mallorca, book online now

From historic lighthouses to hidden turquoise coves, here is how you can experience the highlights of Palma Bay before lunch is even over.

10:00 – Royal Landmarks & Historic Shores

We depart from Club de Mar, but keep your eyes on the coastline immediately. As we head out, we pass the Faro de Porto Pi. This isn't just any lighthouse; it is the second oldest working lighthouse in the world, standing guard over the harbor since the 14th century.

As we continue along the coast, we’ll cruise past Marivent Palace. This stunning estate is the summer residence of King Felipe VI and the Spanish Royal Family. Seeing the "Sea and Wind" palace from the water offers a unique perspective on one of the island's most private landmarks.

11:30 – Anchoring at Cala Illetes

Our destination is the sparkling bay of Cala Illetes. Known for its upscale beach clubs and crystal-clear inlets, we’ll drop anchor near the small islands that dot the cove.

  • Take the Plunge: The water here is incredibly clear, making it perfect for snorkeling or a swim to the white sandy beach.

  • The Thrill: For those looking for a rush, the surrounding rocks offer great spots for a bit of cliff jumping into the deep blue.

12:00 – Lunch on Deck

After working up an appetite in the water, lunch is served right on the deck. There’s nothing quite like dining with a 360-degree view of the Mediterranean. Once you’ve finished, you’ll have plenty of time to lounge on the sunbeds and soak up the Balearic sun or take one last refreshing dip before we head back.

Anchorage on a Boat Trip in Mallorca

13:00 – Sailing the Open Water

We’ll pull up the anchor and head into the open waters of Palma Bay. This is the part of the trip where you can truly relax as the boat catches the breeze. The silhouette of the city will begin to grow on the horizon, offering a stunning backdrop for the final leg of our journey.

13:45 – The Cathedral Grand Finale

Before we return to the docks, we make a final, essential stop. We’ll position the boat directly in front of the Palma Cathedral (La Seu). This is widely considered the most impressive view of the cathedral in existence. Having this Gothic giant as your backdrop makes for the ultimate holiday photo, a true highlight to remember your time in Mallorca.
