Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you have to cancel your charter, you can do that up to 14 days before departure free of charge and we return 100% of the deposit made. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip, we withhold the deposit made. We are a small company and understand that unexpected circumstances such as flight or cruise cancellations, itinerary changes, illness, or urgent medical reasons may arise; in such cases, we strive to offer a flexible refund option. In the case of unsuitable weather conditions we will set in consultation and without additional charge, a new date or we refund the total amount of your payment. Please note that the decision regarding weather cancellations always lays with the captain.
