Our Charter Terms. The Short & Simple Version // Weather & Safety First // We want you to have the best experience onboard. If the weather decides not to play nice, we may adjust the route or reschedule for safety. If no alternative date is possible, you receive a full refund of the amount paid upfront. Together we find a good solution that works for everyone. // Cancellations // Plans change, we get it. If you cancel your charter More than 48 hours before departure, we will happily refund your deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours of departure, the deposit is kept. Shared trips may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached. You will receive a new date or a full refund. // Liability // Personal belongings are brought onboard at your own risk. All activities are undertaken at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. The mandatory passenger insurance is provided as required by Spanish law (Real Decreto 1575/1989, de 22 de diciembre).
